Sponsorship of Delegate Cases - €3000
The sponsor’s logo will be carried in one colour on the delegate cases – 200 cases will be provided to media, delegates and speakers at the conference. One brochure/one piece branded merchandise inserted in delegate bags & 3 complimentary delegate passes are included in the package. Sponsor logo and profile displayed on website.
Coffee Break Sponsor - €750
Sponsor name printed in conference programme and logo and profile displayed on conference website. Sponsor pop-up stand displayed and brochure and/or branded merchandise distributed at coffee docks. 1 Complimentary delegate pass included.
Conference Day Lunch - €3000
Sponsor logo printed on menu cards for 200 delegates. Sponsor name printed in programme and profile and logo on conference website. One piece of branded material placed on dining tables. Sponsor pop-up stand displayed in restaurant. Package will include 2 complimentary delegate passes.
Inserts in Delegate Cases - €250
One piece of promotional material will be inserted in the delegate case, e.g. pen, key ring, brochure (not more than 10 pages).
