Learning

The need for improvement in the logistics and supply chain management (SCM) capabilities of companies in Ireland is becoming increasingly recognised. One of the main bottlenecks currently is the shortage of supply chain management professionals. Education and training has a fundamental role to play if the supply of suitably qualified human resources is to be addressed in a meaningful way. Recent research indicates that demand for people with the right knowledge and skills greatly exceeds supply.

NITL believes in partnership with the companies that it delivers training and education for. This starts with the design and development of the programme, continues with the delivery of the learning, and is built upon through the integration and implementation of the learning in the work place. The process also involves continuous evaluation of learning effectiveness.

So whether you are interested in your own development, development of your company's staff or wish to improve the competitive advantage of your company through the development of world class supply chain management NITL has the programme for you.

NITL's strategy is to provide a flexible programme which is easily accessible and adaptable allowing participants to fit it in with their work and personal commitments. In order to achieve this NITL's programmes are delivered modularly.
