Lifelong Learning Students Honoured By National Institute for Transport and Logistics (NITL)

Over 30 lifelong learning students were honoured in June by NITL to mark their graduation with qualifications in supply chain management. The great majority of the graduates, ranging in age from their 20s to 50s, work full time in supply chain roles in the public and private sectors throughout Ireland. All major sectors of the economy are represented by the graduates. These include hi-tech, pharma, medical devices, logistics services and retail as well as a number of public sector organisations. They have spent the last year to three years studying one of NITL’s learning programmes while working full-time and coping with the work/life balance.

Students were awarded Post-Experience Certificates (9) and Post-Experience Diplomas (8) in Supply Chain Management. In addition, the event honoured recent graduates of NITL’s M.Sc. programmes (both full-time and Executive) and a number of prizes associated with all programme were presented. NITL would like to make special mention of the prize winners:
