Dr Claudia Wagner and Edward Sweeney of NITL have been invited to be members of the International Advisory Committee for a major conference scheduled to take place in Tamil Nadu, India in December 2009.

The conference is planned to mark the 25th anniversary of the founding of Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT). As part of its silver jubilee year celebrations VIT University Business School is organising the event based on the theme of “Service Management Best Practices and Next Practices”.
