The Irish Logistics and Transport Awards (ILTAs) return to once again celebrate excellence in the industry. The awards ceremony will take place on Thursday March 20th at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Dublin - Burlington Road (formerly the Burlington Hotel). The individuals and companies - and their clients - who comprise the logistics and transport industry in Ireland are truly world-class operators, adding value to business process and creating a competitive edge for Irish business that, in these tough times, is needed more than ever before.

The award categories cover everything from individual achievements through to main aspects of the industry such as freight forwarding, innovation, technology, safety, environment and education. There are 19 categories to enter and you may enter as many categories as you feel relevant; however each entry must be tailored specifically to match the relevant criteria as this is what your submission will be judged on. Judging will be carried out under the auspices of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) under whose patronage the ILTAs take place.

Shortlisted entrants will have their national profiles raised just by making the final, and winners will receive coverage in the Irish Independent, which is the media partner for the event. And of course, there's the beautiful trophy which the successful entrants will take away on the night!

The deadline for entries is Tuesday, January 28th.
